Refund Policy

At Khako, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. However, if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we offer refunds under certain conditions. Refunds are applicable only to unused and unwashed items returned in original packaging and condition.

 

All refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to inspect the returned item before processing a refund. Items purchased during final sale or marked as non-returnable will not be eligible.

Here’s how our refund process works:

 

  • Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items or items purchased with special discounts are final sale.

  • Refund requests must be made via email to support@khako.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Once we receive your return and inspect it, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. In cases where prepaid return shipping is not available, customers are responsible for sending the product back to us.

 

Please note: We do not offer refunds for custom orders, altered garments, or items damaged due to misuse.
